Doks is an experienced Management Consultant and Business Rescue and Turnaround Practitioner with extensive experience in business improvement and turnaround, feasibility studies, business analysis, system consulting, process optimization as well as organisational restructuring.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering as wells as a master’s degree in Engineering Management; specialising in Business Feasibility Studies, from the University of Pretoria. He is also certified through the University of Pretoria as a Business Rescue Analyst and licenced as an Experienced Business Rescue Practitioner.
Through the internationally acclaimed Project Management Institute Doks qualified as a Professional Project Manager (PMP®), since 2011. This include membership as a professional member in good standing of Project Management South Africa (PMSA). Adding to his passion for business improvement Doks is internationally certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ITIL Business Improvement Practitioner and are a member in good standing of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) of South Africa.
The core focus throughout his 35-year career as business rescue practitioner, production engineer, management consultant, business analyst, project and programme manager were always on business improvements and process optimization.
His strength as an outstanding “all-rounder” is his ability to engage in a professional manner with all stakeholders to identify and analyse core business problems, in order to design feasible solutions for complex business problems.
